Cost-effective production solutions onsite
With mobile machining, mechanical components and seal surfaces can be machined onsite to workshop tolerances. The customer does not need to disassemble and ship large mechanical components for maintenance repair, because we arrive onsite with the equipment needed to perform the machining. This results in shorter stop times and quicker production starts.
We have both standard machines and specially designed machines, which are ready to pick up the gauntlet both nationally and internationally. Each assignment is documented to guarantee the right quality, traceability and to describe the work done. For reasons of quality and safety, all sealing work is performed by certified technicians.
Examples of mobile machining
Flange machining, milling, pipe cutting, joint preparation, shaft machining, line drilling, grinding, polishing, drilling out screws and application of materials.
We perform all types of maintenance – from minor maintenance work to large scale projects. Our modern equipment has the necessary capacity to machine both circular units (up to 5.5 metres in diameter) and machine beds (up to 3 x 0.9 m). Each assignment is documented to guarantee the right quality, traceability and to describe the work done.
