Fabric Expansion Joints are important on the path towards reducing emissions.

After many years of operation, fabric materials become fatigue and leakages can occur. Therefore it is important for the environment and the general efficiency throughout the plant that fabric expansion joints are maintained and replaced in time.

We helped a trusted customer in the with replacement of Expansion Joints on their tertiary flue gas duct, as well as the replacement of the Expansion Joints that seals and separates their dry crusher and outlet duct.

Tertiary flue gas duct installed with 2.5 M. diameter, VM MultiFlex – Type 550-A-T and insulation Bolster.
Compensator between Dry Crusher and Outlet duct, installed with 3.8 X 3.4 M. VM ConFlex – Type 400-W and insulation Bolster.
